SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide. Please note that product prices for shipping destinations outside the UK are excluding VAT and customs may charge VAT and additional duties on your purchase before you receive your package.

All orders are shipped on the same or next working day*. Please note that all orders will be delivered by courier and will need to be signed for.

*Unless specified otherwise, for example during bank or holiday seasons.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your shoes we offer free returns within the UK. Items bought through juliamays.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if they are unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging.

Returning your product(s)

1. Please ensure that you comply with the conditions for a return as stated in our terms & conditions, and as summarized under the "Returns conditions" heading below.
2. If you bought your shoes directly from juliamays.com the returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you.
3. Please contact our support on support@juliamays.com to obtain your return label.

Shipping & Returns Policy OUTSIDE THE UK

We ship worldwide. All product prices for shipping destinations outside the UK are excluding VAT. Please take into consideration that customs may charge VAT and additional duties on your purchase before you receive your package. These possible additional charges are not included in our sales prices and we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for them. Julia Mays also cannot be held responsible for any delays due to import restrictions. All our products are shipped by courier and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a purchase confirmation email after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please ensure you select the correct shipping address when completing your purchase, if you need to make any changes to your order before it has shipped, please let us know immediately at support@juliamays.com and we will do our very best to assist you with your request.

Returns conditions

All products bought directly through juliamays.com may be returned up to 30 calendar days, starting from the date the package was delivered to you. We currently offer free returns on our shoes in the UK only. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you. All returns will be subject to review upon arrival and acceptance depends on the state of the product when it arrives. In order to avoid any issues, please ensure that you pack all products accordingly to avoid any damage while shipping. For an acceptance of a return all products have to be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, including all extras, wrapping, and accessories. This includes the shoebox, care cards, ribbons, shoe bags & trees and any other additional items.
Please note that the bottom sole and the heel top cap (the part that is in contact with the ground) of our shoes cannot show signs of any wear if you want to return them. This includes returning your shoes for a different size, colour or product altogether and if they are deemed unacceptable for return you may not be refunded the full product price. If you have returned a product that is deemed unacceptable for return you can get the products send back to you but this will be at your own expense. We will inform you in advance of the associated costs.

Returning your product(s) from outside the UK

1. Please ensure that you comply with the conditions for a return as stated in our terms & conditions, and as summarized under the "Returns conditions" heading on this page.
2. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you. You can use any shipment method available but please keep in mind you will be responsible for the duration of shipment and condition of the parcel until it arrives at our warehouse. We can also organise a pickup by courier for you.
3. Please contact our support on support@juliamays.com to obtain instructions for your return.

Cancellations

Please note: if you wish to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible and before the order has left our facilities to avoid incurring any charges for return shipping as we maintain a next-day shipping policy. You may cancel your order without giving any reason for up to 30 calender days of the original purchase date, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note however that if the item has been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. If shipping costs were charged and you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will not be refunded these shipping costs.
