Size guide
Please refer to the description on the product page next to each shoe style for a indication of their fit. Our shoes are Italian sized. We also have size guides for printing, specifically developed for our shoes. Print them, place your foot directly on the paper and measure your size hassle-free!
Please note the following before printing:
These guides differ per style as the sizing is slightly different per style. Please select the style you wish to measure for. Printer settings: save the file to your desktop first. Printing directly from the browser may keep you from selecting the right printer settings.
Please set your printer to "do not scale" or "print actual size". If your print preview shows the guide does not fit on one page, make sure the page size is set to A4. This size guide is set to fit an A4 printing sheet exactly and respect the required printer margins.
If you are not sure whether your printer scaled the document or not, you can verify the correct dimensions by measuring the 5 cm reference line on the the size guide. As shoe sizes vary by a couple of millimeters, accurate scaling is very important. If you have any questions about our size guide please do not hesitate to contact us on support@juliamays.com

Care guide
Suede Leather
The suede leather used for our shoes is very delicate, and especially the lighter tones may be susceptible to stains. We highly recommend you protect your shoes before the first wear with a water and stain protection spray. For light and dry stains, use a suede brush or Suede Cleaning Rubber block only. Use the Liquid Omninettoyant Cleaner for any stubborn stains, with the small brush provided. Professionally clean any oil, ink or sticky stains. Try to avoid contact with water and always allow your shoes to dry thoroughly when wet. Store your shoes with Shoe Trees, and in a Dust Bag.
Smooth Leather
Our soft Nappa leather is quite delicate so we highly recommend you protect your shoes before the first wear with a water and stain protection spray. To remove stains, lightly wipe with a soft brush or damp cloth. Buff your shoes with a soft cloth when they have dried. Professionally clean any oil, ink or sticky stains. Over time, Nappa leather may get dry which can cause cracks if not cared for. We recommend the use of the Nappa Leather Renovator or the Nourish and Protect Lotion. Try to avoid contact with water and always allow your shoes to dry thoroughly when wet. Store your shoes with your Cotton Shoe Trees, and in a Dust Bag.
