Shipping

We ship with DHL to all EU countries & Switzerland. Please note that our delivery courier requires a signature upon delivery. We normally ship orders on working days on the same or next day your order was placed. You will receive an order confirmation email after you have placed your order and will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please ensure you select the correct shipping address when completing your purchase. If you need to make any changes to your order before it has shipped, please let us know immediately at and we will do our very best to help you with your request.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All our products may be returned or exchanged up to 14 calendar days, starting from the date the package was delivered to you. We currently offer free exchanges and returns on our shoes in the UK and other EU countries. The returned or exchanged items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you. All returns and exchanges will be subject to review upon arrival and acceptance depends on the state of the product when it arrives. In order to avoid any issues, please ensure that you pack all products accordingly to avoid any damage while shipping. For an acceptance of a return or exchange all products have to be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, including all extras, wrapping, and accessories. This includes our signature round shoebox, care cards, ribbons, shoe bags & trees and any other additional items.
Please note that the bottom sole and the heel top cap (the part that is in contact with the ground) of our shoes cannot show signs of any wear if you want to return them. This includes returning your shoes for a different size, colour or product altogether and if they are deemed unacceptable for return you may not be refunded the full product price. If you have returned a product that is deemed unacceptable for return you can get the products send back to you but this will be at your own expense. We will inform you in advance of the associated costs.

 

Returning or exchanging your product(s)

1. Please ensure that you comply with the conditions for a return or exchange as stated in our terms & conditions, and as summarized under the "Returns and Exchanges" heading on this page.
2. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you.
3. Please contact our support on to obtain instructions for your return. If you qualify for a free return or exchange, we will send you a shipping label and organise a pickup at a time that is conveinent for you.

Shipping outside the EU

We ship worldwide. All product prices for shipping destinations outside the EU are excluding VAT. Please ensure you select the correct area for your shipping destination from the top left of the site. An estimate of shipping costs all countries outside the EU can be viewed here. As shipping charges depend on the items bought, the easiest way to get an accurate estimate is to add your preferred products to your shopping bag and view the corresponding shipping charges on the checkout page. You will not need to fill in additional data or open an account to view the appropriate shipping charges. Please take into consideration that customs may charge VAT and additional duties on your purchase before you receive your package. These possible additional charges are not included in our sales prices and we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for them. Julia Mays also cannot be held responsible for any delays due to import restrictions. All our products are shipped by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Returning your product(s) from outside the EU

2. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you. You can use any shipment method available but please keep in mind you will be responsible for the duration of shipment and condition of the parcel until it arrives at our warehouse. We can also organise a pickup by courier for you.

Guarantee

All our shoes have a factory guarantee on them of 12 months. This guarantee covers faults in the manufacturing and construction of the item. It does not cover general wear & tear, wear & tear of the bottom soles and heel caps, or wear & tear of the leather and footbed in the shoes. If your shoes have a fault that you believe should be covered by the manufacturing guarantee, please contact us describing the problem and include your invoice number. Please note that we maintain the right to determine whether the specific fault falls under the factory guarantee or not, and in addition, to have the shoes repaired, replaced by a similar pair of the same size, colour and leather type or for a (partial) refund of your product price, dependent on the problems occurred and the availability of our products. If you experience any problems with our shoes we regret this sincerely and will do our very best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.

 

Cancellations

Please note: if you wish to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible and before the order has left our facilities to avoid incurring any charges for return shipping as we maintain a next-day shipping policy. You may cancel your order without giving any reason for up to 14 calender days of the original purchase date, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note however that if the item has been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. If shipping costs were charged and you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will not be refunded these shipping costs.

Gifts

Julia Mays shoes are available as a gift, featuring a velvet bow on our signature round shoebox and the option to include a special message to the recipient. The same conditions as with regular purchases apply to shipping and returns. Alternatively we offer gift cards that can be purchased through the online shop, which recipients can then use towards their purchase of a pair of Julia Mays Shoes. Gift cards are available to send via mail or email. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned, though the same cancellation conditions apply. If you have any special requests for a gift, do not hesitate to and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.
